When are you open?

Natural Masters by New Beginnings Natural Hair Studio is open from 9 AM - 3 PM Tuesdays to Fridays and 7 AM - 1 PM on Saturdays.

Do you accept walk ins?

Due to Covid-19 regulations, we are not accepting walk-ins or any online booking at this time. However, if we do have cancellations, we often open availability for clients to schedule a same day appointment.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, call us at (718) 678-8118 or (347) 694-0393

Please be ready to confirm your booking with a deposit ($50 for returning clients, $55 for first time clients).

I'm New, How do I schedule a consultation?

If you are a first time client, you must schedule a consultation first to receive accurate pricing based on the state and condition of your hair for service.

Consultations are between the hours of 9 AM - 11 AM Tuesday to Friday.

WILL I HAVE AN ASSIGNED STYLIST FOR MY SCHEDULED SERVICE?

Natural Masters by New Beginnings is a team-based salon. Based on the schedule and type of services you are getting done, there may be more than one stylist working with you during the duration of your appointment.

CAN I BOOK A PREFERRED STYLIST FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT?

If you have a preferred stylist, it would be best to express that when scheduling your appointment so that we can do our best to make your appointment with them.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR INCENTIVES TO LOYAL CLIENTS?

Yes, we have a 10% referral discount that is applied to the returning client at their next appointment.

DO YOU ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS FOR CHILDREN?

The youngest age we accept appointments for children is 6 years old.

DO YOU OFFER SISTERLOCKS RELATED SERVICES?

Yes, we do provide the following maintenance services for clients with Sisterlocks: wash & treat, color and styling.

However, we do not offer the tightening technique associated with Sisterlocks.
